This time of year, and especially now with all the talk of a potential “market crash,” or “recession,” a tumultuous political climate, and nearly a decade of a hot market in Colorado, one might expect disaster to strike any minute. Even looking at our blog posts two years ago, we were talking about it.
More importantly, what we are experiencing at The Margolis Team is a RECORD YEAR of transactions! Quite literally. This team helped approximately 100 people realize their real estate dreams and aspirations and we only continue to grow and in some cases, double down on our goals for next year, 2020. We continue, even now in December 2019, arguably the “slowest,” time of the year to see regular activity and people want to buy and sell!
The year (AND DECADE…WOW!) comes to a close, but we look forward to the next one.
