In the summer of 2004, I met Brian and his team. He helped me and my wife(Brenda) find a home in Todd Creek Farms. Fast forward to the year 2023. My wife passed away(January) and I fractured my kneecap(March). During physical therapy, it was determined that I wasn’t safe to be living by myself. I contacted Brian to explain my situation and he was willing to help me sell my house. Little did we know the additional work and hurdles that needed to be addressed. For example, I was now living in a senior assisted living facility in Brighton, I couldn’t bend my leg to gain access to my vehicle, thus I couldn’t be available to be at the house. Brian’s knowledge and experience afforded me the luxury of having things done without my assistance. For example, Brian knew someone that would conduct an estate sale; a good and reliable exterior house painter; a contractor who performed the work to upgrade the kitchen; an electrician who performed the work to address some minor repairs mentioned in the inspection report; and working with the County addressing the number of rooms in the house and the new changes covering the septic system. The house was sold in January 2024. I am forever grateful for all of the work Brian and his team did to me sell my house.

Working with the Margolis was amazing!! They helped us sell my father-in-laws home after his passing. They were extremely professional and so kind considering the circumstances. Brian Margolis and his team (Sarah) was great right from the start. They were open for any questions I had and if they did not have the answers they would call or text me back with the answer I needed to know. They were patient while I turn down so many properties. They stay in touch weekly and gave me great advice.This team had my best interest at heart and they took their time walking me through the process. They encouraged me when I was feeling hopeless at times. As we came to the closing for my home, they moved like a bullet train to help me finish my documents at a timely fashion with a decent interest rate. Brian and his team found us a home when we moved to Colorado and it was great to work with them again to sell our property. I met Brian & the Margolis team through online inquiry for a new construction build. Desirae was amazing and so responsive. She introduced me to Brian who worked around the clock to help me get the home I wanted. They were both so flexible in getting into showings. I was an out of town buyer and they made sure to help me see and understand all of the details of the homes I was looking at. Brian and his team kept us informed on the properties that were available in our price range and location. They were very accommodating to arrange showings. We just sold our house with the Margolis team. The house sold in under a week. Brian has an excellent team which supports the sales process along the way. They were professional and responsive with every question and issue we had. I've known Brian for over 10 years. Our kids played soccer together. I consider him a friend, but that's not why I chose him to sell my house. It was his constant tenacity and dedication to real-estate over those 10 years.
